During this period, the Starter prompt is triggered either by the calendar on day 15 or earlier by behaviour that requires continuity: uploading a previously shared document again, asking what was decided last time, searching for an earlier statement or decision, or opening a second session that refers to the first. Both triggers show the same Starter prompt in the application.

1 Downgrade protection: If the number of users falls below 3, Team functions remain active for 90 cumulative days instead of being switched off immediately. The clock starts with the first downgrade and pauses if the threshold is exceeded again; it is not reset. Only 30 consecutive days above the threshold reset it.
